Adi-En & Allison have similar features but the main advantage of buying them together comes when a traveler flies with a companion and both do not need to check-in any luggage before departing. To assist all travelers accompanied by a companion, we have designed Adi-En & Allison in unison to make both traveler’s exits hassle-free from the airport after disembarkation. Adi-En & Allison when coupled enhance a travelers’ comfort by helping them carry more without the need to check-in a large suitcase before departure.
Both models have the same features such as a large Touchscreen LCD Display to access all the features available on their luggage. Our current features include worldwide GPS tracking with an accuracy of 5 meters or 16.5 feet in an open outdoor area. To track the luggage while inside a building, the traveler can use Wi-Fi Direct available on any smart phone to connect with their luggage and pinpoint its exact location (all features can also be used via our App on phones and tablets). The luggage also comes with a highly secure lock system that only the owner can unlock, a self-weighing scale indicating the weight of their luggage at the press of a button and; a pull-handle and wheel system that protects and hides the wheels of the luggage when the luggage is not being pulled.
We hide the wheels of the luggage when not being pulled so that, it does not cause an obstruction or any damage to the luggage itself and/or the airplane compartment when a passenger attempts to close overhead storage bin in the airplane. This will protect the luggage in the long run; we want the traveler to be able to use their luggage for a lifetime without ever needing to buy another carry-on luggage. We have also included USB charging port(s) to charge phones and tablets while waiting in an airport, on the go or in case of an emergency, without the need to carry a phone charger.
Swar Gusta luggage protects and secures the personal property of every owner to the best of its abilities; thereby giving them peace of mind all along their journey. Using the touchscreen on the luggage, a traveler can access the contents inside their luggage. Onclosing the hatches (lids) of the luggage, all contents inside are secured immediately, as the lids automatically lock-on-close and cannot be opened without secure input from the owner.
Travelers who want to carry their valuables and necessities safely and securely will benefit from our unique design that provides maximized storage space (internal volume) without compromising on any weight limitations imposed by an airline. We provide this feature by making the luggage ultra-lightweight using aerospace grade materials. This helps a traveler maximize the ability to carry extra weight in their luggage without the empty weight of the luggage hindering that objective. Our luggage is so light, it only weighs about a half-gallon of milk* (*depending on the material type chosen for the model).
Each luggage is made from aerospace grade materials and every customer can choose from a choice of three material types when buying Adi-En &/or Allison. They can be mixed and matched on the interior and exterior according to a customer’s preferences for each individual model; a custom design is available for each traveler to personalize their luggage.
Depending on the type of material chosen (for interior and exterior), some functionalities will offer an advantage over the other materials, but none of them takes away from the core of the purpose-built design. Our design has made us rethink the way a traveler can access the storage areas of the luggage; that is why we created two separate compartments as storage areas which can be accessed from opposite ends on the luggage when placed horizontally. Even if one side of the luggage is compromised during an unwarranted break-in, the other side of the luggage with its valuable contents will continue to remain safe and secure during the journey.
We have a 24/7 worldwide customer service call center team that every owner can use, which provides concierge services along with luggage maintenance and services at no extra cost to the owner during the electronics warranty period. This service can be used to help the owner in case a luggage is lost and if the owner cannot track the luggage using their App, or unlock the luggage due to extreme unforeseen circumstances. Our concierge service team can also support the owner (only first owner) in assisting them find, for example, the nearest gas station to their location, nearest Italian bistro, nearest hotel, book a flight, rent a car, buy tickets to an event or any other assistance the owner might need when traveling with their luggage. After the electronics warranty period is over, the owner can continue to use the customer service center for maintenance and service needs of the luggage at no cost but the owner will have to pay a yearly fee to receive the concierge services.
If the owner at the end of two years decides to upgrade their luggage to the latest technology offered by Swar Gusta, their electronics warranty is automatically renewed for another two years and all services offered will continue to be available as when the luggage was first purchased.
All customers will be provided with free software updates for life as long as they are the first owner of the luggage and the technology is compatible for a software update.
Swar Gusta aims for 100% customer satisfaction when a purchase is made of any model of luggage. If at any point of time that a customer is unsatisfied in using their luggage during the electronics warranty period of their luggage, we will help them find a good solution to meets their needs.
For the customer (first owner) to upgrade to the latest technology offered by Swar Gusta in their luggage, they would need to bring back their luggage to the nearest store (or they can ship the luggage for free to the nearest store if there is no store in their country of residence) and our maintenance team will upgrade their luggage with the latest technology and ship it back to the customer.
A customer of Swar Gusta will never have to pay for shipping (two way) if there is any problem with the luggage and it needs to be serviced. All the customer needs to do is send it to our service center in the original packaging that it was sold in and we can service it for them. They can also send in their luggage to the nearest store every two years for routine maintenance and our maintenance team will service the luggage for free for life to keep it running like new (excluding upgrading to new parts to use new features). If the first owner no longer wishes to keep their luggage at the end of the warranty period, we also offer to buy back the luggage at a good value (depending on the condition of luggage) without the customer needing to buy a new model.
For shells made from material type that only offers five year limited warranty, a customer can choose to return their luggage at the end of the five year warranty. At the time the customer returns their luggage, Swar Gusta will apply a discount so that the customer can buy a newer model of luggage.
Some features on the luggage are standard and some are optional; every customer who buys a new luggage will have the choice to buy additional features as part of customizing their luggage. Therefore, depending on the type of options the customer chooses for use on their luggage, the price of the luggage will vary along with material type chosen.
If for example, Customer A agrees to part with a certain feature of their luggage to upgrade to a newer part that was released in a new model, Customer A can ship their luggage to the nearest store and our service team will remove/replace the current feature to an upgraded part or remove afeature completely and ship the luggage back to Customer A without this particular feature; whatever the customer desires. This used part that was removed from Customer A’s luggage is then credited to their online account by Swar Gusta and then made available for purchase/trade by any other customer who is in need of this part.
If Customer B who is in need of this used part in their luggage agrees to purchase/trade for this part that Customer A no longer needs, then Customer B has the option to have the part added to their luggage by sending in their luggage to our service center and our technicians will install it for them. This enables both customers to be happy: Customer A is happy to sell/trade a part and Customer B is happy to buy/have a new part/replace an old/non-functioning part on their luggage. Any old/non-functioning part from Customer B is then refurbished by Swar Gusta if okay for continued use or sent for recycling if it is no longer fit for service.
Swar Gusta wants to support such an online community because we want to promote exchange of parts without the need to trash it when not needed anymore by the owner. Some other owner might have use for a particular part and thus we want to provide a gateway to establish a community where there is peer support for all owners and trading of parts of the luggage can take place. This will minimize cost for the owner in the long term instead of buying new parts always and continue to use their luggage for life without ever needing to replace it.
We want to be a good example for the world and hope to make use of what we have made to the utmost and when it is no longer needed, try to recycle it and reuse as much as we can. We recycle and reuse and recycle again and continue this cycle until we can no longer do so and then at that time, we try to return it to the soil in a form acceptable to the earth to receive it back. Thus, we return to the earth what resources we took from it and keep alive the finite sources available, to benefit the generations that come after us.
If an airline insists on checking in the customer’s luggage, it is better that the owner of the luggage gets off the flight and take the next flight or choose another airline to fly with. The owner of the luggage does not want to damage their precious possession under any circumstance, so never check it in!
A customer can always call our worldwide 24/7 customer service call center and talk to our representative and they in turn can talk to the airline’s agent for the customer if there is a problem. We will take up the customer’s case if an airline denies a customer the right to use their luggage onboard the aircraft.
